I'm sure I'm not the only one who has struggled before with white polishes. I have previously used a Rimmel white. I don't know the name of it but it was just a simple white non fancy polish. My problem with that polish was it was too thick and if you pulled the brush over the same part twice it would drag off the origianl stroke so it would be a nightmare to create a non streaky colour. I don't know why I bought the rimmel as I have every other colour from Barry M. When my Rimmel ran out I bought this Barry M Matt White and wish I had done it sooner. Now, I have a spare bottle of this on the go.
This polish is really thin which I know normally is a bad thing as it tends to mean sheer and not great consistency. That does not apply for this polish, because it is thin, it applies so quickly and nicely and builds up great coverage. I am able to get a great colour with just one thick coat which is great for me because I don't know whether this is me being crazy, but I swear white takes longer to dry than any other colour.
As with all Barry M polishes, the brush is on the thin side but I really don't mind it because whenever I get a bigger brush I can't cope and get it everywhere. As you can see on my thumb, I do find it difficult to get a nice clean straight line as I have to go across the nail quite a bit with the smaller brush, it's great for the rest of my fingers though.
I would highly highly recommend this polish for someone who is having problems with white polishes because going to this from the Rimmel was a dream come true. I only did one coat of this polish simply to prove how great of a coverage you can get without it being streaky at all.
